YES! Thank you for putting this on your wall of shame! I'm so mad at Cambell's for putting HFCS in 1 soup (that we've found). And it's their best soup! I've been talking to family members about writing/contacting Cambell's about this very thing!

I just went to open a can of regular Campbells Tomato Soup, and to my surprise, High Fructose Corn Syrup is the SECOND ingredient. WORSE than the instant "Soup at hand"... What the heck?
This should not even be quialified as food. This is the worlds grossest soda.
Campbells, you're off my food list for good.
Shame on you.

Glad to see a website like this one and am deeply concerned about HFCS because it is in so many of our foods. When I ate something recently, not checking the ingredients, within a short time, I could feel my heart pumping harder and my temples throbbing. I went back to the kitchen looked at the product's ingredients and saw corn syrup & high fructose corn syrup and then the preservatives, artificial flavorings etc. I am hopeful that things will change and more natural foods will return to our stores. Thanks to all for sharing.

A wonderful alternative to Campbells Tomato soup is PACIFIC ROASTED RED PEPPER AND TOMATO or their classic TOMATO. Organic, All Natural and NO HFCS.

Also IMAGINE makes a Tomato soup (Also sans HFCS), but I've found that I prefer the Pacific brand. By the way the nice thing about these brands is that they come in paper containers that are recyclable and they don't have any heavy metals that can cause further harm. You can find these soups in any natural grocers.

I haven't had Campbell's tomato soup in AGES, so I recently bought a can. This will definitely be my last purchase of this item.

I wish I had an old can (well, label anyway) to which I could compare this one. Why in the world does tomato soup need to be sweetened... especially with HFCS? Between that, and the fact that salt is listed FOUR TIMES* as an ingredient... yuck!

Campbell's Tomato may be a cheaper soup, but it's definitely not a healthy item.

* salt, potassium chloride, lower sodium natural sea salt, and monopotassium phosphate.

I didn\'t mean to post this comment here... maybe I\'ll copy and paste on the original site or somewhere more prominent where everyone can see the good news! Wassup with that site anyway? No updates in a long time. Hope everything is OK!

Awhile back I realized that many of Oroweat's products had HFCS in them. I emailed them via their web site to basically say how shocked I was to find it in the list of ingredients on my favorite breads and how I really wish they didn't use it. I did get a reply via email that actually seemed semi personalized.

Here it is a few months later and in the mail today I get an envelope from Bimbo, the company who makes Oroweat. Contained in it was a letter saying how none of their breads contain HFCS along with two coupons for a free Oroweat item.

I am SO impressed with their follow up and more importantly, the fact that they listened to consumers, even though the HFCS research is conflicting. Let's spread the good word to patronize Oroweat! :)
