In answer to a Chocolate syrup without HFCS....I use the Nestles Nesquick tall canaster of choc. powder. This tall canaster is the only one without the HFCS. Mix the powder with a very small amount of milk and it's better than any Chocolate syrup you can buy. Again, careful, read labels, this tall canister is the only one I found without the HFCS in it!

I sometimes bought Mrs Baird's 100% Whole Wheat bread and was HORRIFIED to see that it had HFCS in it!! So, when I went back to the store, I started reading labels and found that Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat bread DOES NOT. Hooray! You can add this one to your list. Thanks for compiling this list. It is VERY helpful!

I read that the FDA has sided (at least temporairily ) with the corn industry and is allowing them to deliberately mislabel HFCS as just corn syrup. So now I won't buy products with corn syrup either, better safe than sorry. Does anyone know if any company makes the glace or glazed red cherries used in fruitcakes? I can not find one with no HFCS.
