Happy Earth Day! Spring is here and time to start thinking about doing more outside, including the ever-popular “the picnic!” Having a meal outdoors always feels so fresh and natural and healthy – and a good way to keep it that way is to make sure what you bring to eat is fresh and natural and healthy – and containing no high-fructose corn syrup! 🙂

So here are a few things to bring in your picnic basket with no HFCS – and which will hopefully contribute to a wonderful picnic experience for you….

    Just a quick note to say that when I receive an email from you that there is an updated item on the HFCS list I get sooooooo excited. My daughter is not suffering from the HFCS intolerance as much as she was 5-6 years ago (or maybe my mindfulness has paid off and I don’t offer her those foods)I forget about how horrible this can be to ones diet. I hope you continue to update when new items become available.
