This AP article reports that FDA labeling director Barbara Schneeman has expressed (in writing) concern over two of the corn industry’s websites using “corn sugar” and “high fructose corn syrup” interchangably. I really wanted to make baked beans but was having trouble finding Pork and Beans without HFCS. I kept reading labels and it paid off before Summer’s end! The Show Boat brand has NO HFCS!!
